[ It's because Arcanine lives for getting pets from other people where as Charizard has enough dignity to not do so. Or something. It might always just be a pokemon thing, who knows ...?

Green doesn't continue that particular conversation any further, figuring if Arcanine's done with getting lavished (he's not), they could start heading... back to their rover, or something. But instead the giant robot -- Al? -- is asking him a question, and he considers the merits of answering it.
